  My overall experience has always been great until one day I was extremely offended by one of the waitresses attitude and application to the job. I was with my daughter having a coffee. We ordered 1 caramel frappe, and 1 chocolate ice coffee (difference is ice instead of milk). We were given 1 chocolate frappe and 1 caramel ice coffee. Normally, i dont complain, however as my daughter was upset, I did. The lady I talked to about it (I dont recall her name, as she rushed off in a hurry.. however she was of a kiwi heritage) was pretty much telling me that I was wrong and that I was an idiot, and would not change our order. I was extremely offended and after this incident, I am not going back.
